Education: Intensive Mat-Plus spring 2024
IMP provides you with the basic skills you need to compile an effective and motivational training programme for individual and group classes. Next to learning how to compile mat work classes, the course will also teach you how to teach at beginners, intermediate and advanced level, using attributes where applicable; according to the specific needs of the client, or in order to vary your repetoire.
