Below you can also find additional conditions regarding the training given. <\/p><p>By enrolling at K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217; you agree to our terms and conditions and house rules.<\/p><p><strong>Registration K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217;<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Registration as a member at K&#8217;dans studio &#8220;in motion&#8221; is done by filling in the information under the registration button.<\/li><li>When purchasing a subscription, single lesson, private lesson or workshop, you have a payment obligation.<\/li><li>If you purchase a product you will owe a one-time &#8220;registration\/tag fee&#8221; (with the exception of workshops).<\/li><li>Relevant health\/physical condition information should be reported in writing (offered in the app).<\/li><li>Your account has a (digital) photo (you have to upload it yourself. On this photo you are clearly visible as a person, there are no other people on the photo.   <\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Payment terms<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Payment of monthly subscriptions is made the<sup>1st<\/sup> of the month by direct debit.<\/li><li>The subscription fee is charged on an ongoing basis per calendar month and is based on the price associated with the subscription.<\/li><li>Payments for single lessons are made at the time of booking the lesson.<\/li><li>Payments for requested private lessons are made after the request has been accepted, this can be done via direct debit, debit card, contact or payment link.<\/li><li>There are no refunds on purchased products or monthly subscriptions.<\/li><li>Failure to pay on time will result in administrative and\/or collection fees being charged.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Reservations and cancellations<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You register for classes associated with your subscription or purchased product.<\/li><li>If you do not have a valid product, prior to class, we will charge you via direct debit;<\/li><li>Catch-up is possible in the current subscription period (monthly subscription: calendar month).<\/li><li>Credits are not transferable.  <\/li><li>For all classes, reserved classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the class, in which case you will receive your credit\/lesson back. If you do not cancel in time you will lose the credit\/lesson. <\/li><li>Products purchased separately, such as single lessons and private lessons, are valid for up to 3 months after purchase.<\/li><li>With subscriptions, you are entitled to a fixed weekly reservation. Depending on your subscription up to a maximum of 4 fixed reservations per week. <\/li><li>Only in cases of absence of less than 3 months can the permanent reservation be maintained.<\/li><li>Registration and participation in classes is done electronically with a &#8220;droplet&#8221; and a (digital) photo; if the droplet is lost, fees will be charged.  <\/li><li>K&#8217;dans reserves the right to take out your regular reservations if you have not signed yourself out 4 times in a row.<\/li><li>For all subscriptions, if you exceed the number of classes in your subscription, K&#8217;dans will charge you for the remaining classes.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Cancellations, changes or (temporary) absences<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Termination, change or (temporary) absence must be made no later than 14 days before the end of the month (in writing\/email or via the messaging function in the app).<\/li><li>Absence due to illness or pregnancy should be reported as soon as possible (in writing\/email or via the messaging function in the app);<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Private lessons<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Private lessons can be requested in the schedule;<\/li><li>If application agrees, the lesson will be charged afterwards via direct debit or payment in the studio.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Liable<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Participation in classes, workshops, private lessons, trainings is at your own risk. The participant cannot make any claims against K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217;. <\/li><li>K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217; is not responsible for missing items.<\/li><li>K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217; is not liable for acquiring injuries and\/or their consequences.<\/li><li>It is the client&#8217;s responsibility to inform the instructor of any complaints\/injuries prior to class.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Changes by K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217;<\/strong><\/p><p>K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217; reserves the following right:<\/p><ul><li>adjusting class times;<\/li><li>Increasing annually prices of subscriptions, single classes, workshops and trainings.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>House Rules<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You can participate in the class only if you are present at the start.<\/li><li>Only indoor shoes are allowed throughout the studio.<\/li><li>You bring your own large towel or mat.<\/li><li>Instructions from staff should be followed.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Additional terms and conditions STOTT PILATES training courses<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The specific registration, payment and cancellation rules or other conditions will be announced prior to the training or workshops via the website (always subject to change).<\/li><li>Maximum number of places, treatment application in order of entry.<\/li><li>Prerequisites to participate in the training are discussed in advance through an intake with the Instructor Trainer.<\/li><li>Registration is via a registration form which is sent after the intake.<\/li><li>Course registration (credits) takes place only after submission of complete file and payment.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Cancellation Policy:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Within 14 days of booking confirmation 100%<\/li><li>up to 28 days before the course start date 100%<\/li><li>up to 27 to 14 days before the course start date 50%<\/li><li>up to 13 to 0 days before the course start date 0%<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the terms and conditions and houserules in English, click here: Terms and conditions and Houserules K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217; Terms and conditions and house rules Below are the general conditions and house rules of K&#8217;dans studio &#8216;in motion&#8217;.
