MELT Performance is a revolutionary self-care method that boosts your body’s movement potential. Developed by Sue Hitzmann, creator of the MELT Method, MELT Performance uses specialized manual therapy techniques grounded in science. In this MELT Performance LAB you will learn self-care sequences designed restore the balance and timing of the body’s key stability mechanisms involved in daily functional movements.
We will use a soft MELT roller to rehydrate the “myofascial lines” involved in coordinated full-body movement and combine these with Performance “exercises" to reintegrate optimal joint motion and timing of the proper muscles for core, shoulder and pelvic girdle stabilization. These techniques are ideal for functional fitness enthusiasts, dancers, or anyone looking to achieve peak performance and prevent chronic pain and injuries.
