The MELT Method (developed by physical therapist Sue Hitzman) offers a simple way to use a soft roller and balls to reduce chronic pain and adopt a pain-free active lifestyle. You will learn to identify tensions in your body, reduce them, improve your balance without too much effort, and create more mobility and ease of movement. Come fly! Using the hammock as your “tool,” play with gravity in this master class.
Through inversions (hanging upside down!) and various exercises you will train and relax your little body. The FUN is paramount! Trust & Fly High!
In addition to weekly classes with Pilates, MIX and restorative themes, you can indulge in a cello concert in the hammock (see heading workshops).
