Yin Yoga Nidra
This yoga class is a combination of gentle dynamic yoga postures, deepening Yin and a relaxing Nidra.
After an active warming Yogaflow, we move deeper and softer into Yin Yoga postures. This involves prolonged, tension-free poses in lying and sitting, where the connective tissue, the fascia, is more fully engaged. The class will end in Nidra, also called “yoga sleep” or “effortless relaxation. During Yoga Nidra, not only the body but also the brain comes to complete rest through guided meditation.
